Missouri man died after sustaining fatal car accident injuries

To lose a loved one in a car accident can be a very traumatic experience. The Missouri Highway Patrol reported a three-vehicle collision on a Friday evening. It was established that the male driver of an Audi, who was eastbound on Highway O, tried to pass another eastbound vehicle, a Chevrolet Sonic, when he crashed head-on into a westbound Dodge Caliber. The Audi landed on its roof, and the Dodge Caliber ended up off the roadway on the left.

The driver of the Audi was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries, but the driver of the Dodge Caliber was killed by the impact of the accident. No injuries to the driver of the Chevrolet Sonic were reported. Both vehicles involved in the head-on collision were damaged beyond repair.
